Halotherapy

Halotherapy is also known as Salt Therapy. This is a very simple treatment where you just sit, relax and breathe. The salt is an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial that can help with numerous skin and respiratory conditions working from within the body. Halotherapy is not an instant fix and is a gradual therapy. Depending on the severity of your condition would depend on how often you would require a treatment but an example would be to attend 3 or 4 sessions in the first week, then reduce this over the following weeks until you will only need to have a treatment maybe once a month. It requires a commitment to the Therapy to see results. Other benefits of the Halotherapy are its anti-aging properties, it benefits sleep patterns, and generally keeps the body in a healthier state by reducing colds and cough symptoms. An adult session lasts 45 minutes and a childrens session lasts 20 minutes.
