All About Me

I'm Helen, my journey began with Reiki when helping my daughter to overcome a health issue. Friends and family also benefitted from my skills and I thoroughly enjoyed helping people and built up my client base from here.  I enrolled in a total therapist course so i could carry on with my journey studying Swedish Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head, Facials and Manual Lymphatic drainage.

I offer a unique experience through Halotherapy (also known as Salt therapy) which is said to be a beneficial treatment for people with respiratory and skin conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Bronchitis, Acne, Psoriasis and itchy skin, it is also said to be effective with hay fever.  It is a therapy that is widely used in America and is only just starting to be offered in the UK.

My aim is to progress and keep studying treatments that can have a great benefit to people either physically or emotionally.
